Ok, I downloaded Firefox..The video plays now, so yes, that was the problem. Very nice work on the 3 skull rules animation! Very well written and executed. Thoroughly entertaining. Thank you.

Neither, it uses 3 USB ports for the skulls and 1 for the lights.
