Hello,
I am using the non updated version of magic motion becuase that is the only way I can get it to talk, however, I have the updated vsa and I am trying to load the seance routine I have and it doesn't work, I set the com port to entec 0 still no go. I know that the disk came with haunt rules rev 4, does this routine need top be updated?

when you say 'doesn't work' can you give a little more information?

Does the seance file load in VSA?

What version of VSA do you have?

if VSA 4.0 then try reverting to VSA 3.1 or upgrading to VSA 4.001

what happens when you hit play?

can you hear sound but see no motion?

can you see motion by hear no sound?

are there any error messages?

It may be best if you give Jerry a call and see if he can help you

I get sound, the error message is that it is not associated with a com port or rapu port, it asks me to fix or ignore, and i am using the newest vsa, the haunt routine(house rules rev 4) that came with the magic motion works fine...

hm.... it may be the ftdi drivers, can you select Enttec-0 for teh axes in question?

yes then i get the error message, what is different fromt he original house rules and the rev 4 version you include with magic motion?

I wasn't aware that we did include house rules with Magic Motion.

Rev 4 house rules are designed to work with the rev 4 skull, this is the skull with the BoC servo controller.

The Rev 3 house rules would only work with a skull using a Parallax servo controller.

I am still very unclear what your issue is does the rev 4 routine work? if so what doesn't work? and in what way doesn't it work?

It is probably best that you call Jerry he can probably talk you through resolving your problem

Work flawless with rev 4, I just need to get my old routines working, I choose port entec 0 with F3, is it becuase auto talk is on maybe...what do you think

OK, have you upgraded from a rev 3 to rev4/DMX?

if you have bought routines then Jerry will upgrade them FoC, otherwise if they are of your own making you will need to update them yourself

Ah... now I understand did you say you already had house rules rev 4? so you just need seance?
