Exorcist - Limited availabilty

Application Error
I have a Dell Laptop with Windows XP. VSA and my routine runs great. When I try to install EXORCIST I get the following error message:
Exocist.exe
The application failed to initialize properly (OXC0000135).

Solution Found!
I dowloaded Microsoft.net Framework v 2.0 and this fixed the problem
