Hey everyone. You can call me Bravo.

I have found myself in a situation where I am deeply committed to design and produce a haunt...in a foreign, and third world country to boot (originally from the Bay Area Cali., and this is my first haunt). Unfortunately or not, my imagination has brought me to commit to some pretty elaborate props (for me anyway).

With that said, I need some feedback from other members,  moderators, or skulltronix folks themselves about support.

From what I have read and learned over the last 3-4 weeks of researching animatronics and control set-ups, this is the place to be.  I can see that the products for haunt controls are to be had from skulltronix if I want the best.

With that said, I need to know what the skulltronix level of technical support is like. I am not talking only about the function of skulltronics products...I am looking for the kind of help for a first timer setting up a DMX controlled haunt using the Exorcist, BoC, relays, audio, fog machines, and winshield wiper motors.

I am willing to purchase what I need, but I need help understanding how-to put it all together. (I have read the how-to on halloween forum by guitarist155 with suppliments by phoenix_UK) I am wondering if the folks at SkullTronix offer this kind of support.

One factor that I considered is that halloween is 7 days away and SkullTronix guys probably have no time until after Oct 31st. The good thing about my haunt is that my due date is Dec.15th, so I can order stuff and probably won't receive it until Nov 2nd.

So please give me some feedback so i can decide to automate my haunt or pay cheap labor costs and make it manual.

Thanks

Bravo

I'm sure we can help you, get back to us after Halloween and we can discuss your needs and formulate a plan to make sure they are best met.

Thanks for the reply, and details that you have already helped me with.

I will get my components ordered and be in touch with you after halloween.

Support at SkullTronix: Awesome!
