No Installer on Exorcist Software CD

There are 11mb of files, including one called exorcist application but the application will not open and there is no installer on the CD. The PDF manual says...

SkullTroniX owner you will need to buy the $16 Console application from
http://brookshiresoftware.com and install it before proceeding.
Steps
Plug the IR receiver and USB cable into The Exorcist Input Box. Plug the USB cable
into an unused USB port on your PC.
Insert The Exorcist CD into your PC and install the software.

I downloaded and installed the VSA Console software and followed the other steps. No workie! So what is the trick to installing Exorcist software? Or was there something left off of the cd?
