Okay, so I am loading test template in VSA, and head, jaw and eyes all move properly, and eye lights are also fine...
I load Skulltronix Shpiel and all works properly, as well...
I load Seance Routine and jaw just drops open at the beginning and does not move after that.
What are the steps to sync audio for jaw movement? I thought you just had to load the audio file. Tried Tools/ Waveform analyze, and when running routine after that I got an error about highlighted event operlapping...do I need to record the audio to the jaw track initially?
I guess I have forgotten, or perhaps am missing something.
FYI, I'm using the Entec USB-DMX device.
Any help is greatly appreciated, I need Mr. Skulltronix for an upcoming Halloween party at my house
Check the version of your skull vs the routine. Sounds like you have an older skull and newer routine or vice versa.
When ordering routine you need to specify the version of the skull you have 0 which is indicated in the name of the template file. IE template41.vsa is skull version 4.1 _________________ Jerry Jewell

The way to fix it is to get the correct version of the rouitne. I'm sure we can find the right version though. _________________ Jerry Jewell

OK, let's back up. You have seance 4.1 and template 4.1 and the template works but the seance does not. Correct? And do you have the Magic Motion system installed?
This takes too long via support forum. Please call me today at 916 600 2295 after 9 am _________________ Jerry Jewell

Thx, Jerry...I tried a few times calling but got answering machine, so figured you were busy...apparently, it was a template issue, as I grabbed my template for routine I used last halloween, and it worked fine...did not realize the skulls were so template specific!
