How do you get DMXorcist out of demo mode? I have loaded the software onto two different systems, an XP system and a Vista system with the same result.

Go to the misc tab and enter the serial number

I've tried entering the serial number that is on top of the unit without success. There is another 9 digit alpha-numeric string next to the serial number. I have tried entering that as well.

Please note that the serial number on the unit is appearing just below the input area.

The Exorcist box has a serial number that mates to the software serial number. You need to enter the software serial number, the box number appears automatically.
